    Coworking Oficina24 is a wonderful working space available in the heart of Eixample district in Barcelona!

     

    Oficina24 is a four-story building with a elevator and is adapted for disabled persons, with a private entrance from the street and a reception. All our spaces are equipped with air conditioners and have ultramodern and reliable security systems. There are cosy rest areas, equipped for coworkers and their guests, where they can drink a cup of coffee, rest a little and have a nice conversation with a new interesting people.

    For VIP-clients we have one special floor with luxury offices, dedicated desks, rest zones and meeting room with a terrace.

    Space types offered & Prices without VAT (21%):

    – Dedicated desk in the VIP-zone – 150 €/month full day; 120 €/month for a half day;

    – Dedicated desk – 120 €/month full day; 80 €/month for a half day;

    – Hot Desk – 80 €/month full day; 60 €/month for a half day;

    – Offices – from 300 €/month for a full day;

    – Meeting and Multipurpose rooms, and a classroom for trainings –  from 10 €/hour.

    Very important: all our rates (from 1 month on) include extra services: legal address; everyday use of meeting rooms (2 hours a day); paper print (up to 50 copies per month), data centre (10Gb), workshop space (one month a year).

    All our prices include: use of the open meeting zones; simultaneous attendance of two visitors (in specially designated areas); use of skanner, printer, laminator, sticher; relaxing area with TV, pool-table and so on; zoned climate control, high speed wifi connection, cleaning services, electricity and water.

    We have too a Virtual Office service for low prices with a legal address, mail service, regular use of coworking spaces: meeting rooms or desks and a secretary services.

    There will be no problem to accommodate in our co working space, because Coworking is not only a collaborative office space, but: international start-ups; new projects; business workshops and trainings; friendly and creative working atmosphere.
